Every session comes with written notes — often before we speak, so the call is spent drilling into them rather than delivering them. Talk disappears; notes are something you can still work from three months later.

How much time does this take each week?

The calls are two hours a month. Everything else is your own writing time, and the plan means that time goes into the book rather than into working out what to do next.

Can we schedule around my work and time zone?

Yes. I work with writers across four continents. Calls are by video and scheduled flexibly across the engagement.

I set this book aside years ago. Is it too late to pick it up?

How do I pay?
